BOARDING FEES

  • NON LESSON BOARDING: If you do not take lessons with TSRA you are considered a non lessoning boarder.
    • Non Lesson Board is $445.00/ month, if you pay on or before the 1st day of the month you receive a $20.00 discount making board $ 425.00
  • LESSON BOARDING: To be eligible for lesson boarding you must be enrolled in a boarder lesson option found below.
    • Lesson Boarding is $380.00/ month, if you pay on or before the 1st day of the month you receive a $20.00 discount making board $ 360.00 
    • If you opt out of lessons for 1 month or longer you will be billed for Non Lesson Board.

BOARD COSTS INCLUDE:

  • Feeding Three Times Daily
  • Supervised daily turnout (Weather Permitting)
  • Stall Cleaning
  • Buckets scrubbed once weekly
  • Administering all supplements & medications provided by owner through Smart Pak Equine or Vet.
  • Blanketing & Removal depending on weather
  • Putting on and taking off requested Turn- Out boots, etc.
  • Your horses are brought in and out for the vet or blacksmith- and are held if necessary if you are unable to be there.
  • Locker Room Usage 
  • 2 Arenas Indoor and Outdoor
  • Onsite Owners & Manager
  • Heated observation ate with vending machines and restroom
  • ADT security service & Fire Alarm System
  • Tack Trunk storage area for showing clients

LESSON OPTIONS FOR BOARDERS

  • Weekly Lessons for boarders: $100 per month
    • This includes 4- 1 hour group or lessons with the trainer, 1 lesson per week
  • Twice weekly lessons for boarders:$180 per month
    • This includes 8- 1 hour group or private lessons with the trainer, 2 lesson per week
  • Unlimited Lessons: $200 per month
    • This includes unlimited lessons , you may ride and lesson whenever the trainer can fit you in, jumping included either at that lesson height or your respective height towards the end of the lesson. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PRIVATES.  NO MAKE UPS, if you miss your lesson you can fill in at another time that month.
  • Unlimited Lesson including privates: $230/month
    • This includes unlimited lessons , you may ride and lesson whenever the trainer can fit you in, jumping included either at that lesson height or your respective height towards the end of the lesson. Or you can call ahead and set up a time for a private lesson with the trainer.  NO MAKE UPS, if you miss your lesson you can fill in at another time that month.
  • MULTI HORSE DISCOUNT AVAILABLE PLEASE SEE MANAGEMENT FOR DETAILS
  • YOU CANNOT USE PAST MAKE UPS TO PAY PART OR ALL OF YOU LESSON FEE FOR THE MONTH.

GENERAL LESSON RATE FOR THE PUBLIC

  • Weekly schooling lessons: $130 per month
    • This includes one 1 hour lesson per week on a TSRA owned horse
  • Weekly 1/2 hour private schooling lesson: $150 per month
    • This includes one 1/2 hour lesson per week on a TSRA owned horse
  • If two or more people in your family take lessons you will receive a 10% discount

SPECIAL SERVICES & MISCELLANEOUS FEES:

  • Paste Worming Every 8 weeks $10.00 per horse (Mandatory service provided by farm)
  • Pro Rides: $20.00/ per ride monthly discounts available
  • Mane Pull: $20.00
  • Show Clip: $30.00
  • Full Body Clip: $220.00
  • Hunter Clip: $150.00
  • Lunging by a TSRA Employee: $15.00
  • Tack Cleaning: $5 bridle, $2 Martingale, $10 saddle
  • TSRA clean up fee: $10.00 if a staff member has to clean up after you or your horse.
  • Sales Commission Fee: 15% for the sale of a horse
  • Facility Fee: $20.00 in addition to lesson fee for trailer in clients
  • Horse Trial Off Property: $20.00/hr, requiring the trainer to leave TSRA to look at potential purchases
  • Horse Trial in barn: $15.00 per day for clients who have horses brought in for potential purchase
  • Emergency Care for horses that require a TSRA employee to assist is a flat rate of $25.00/ per hour minimum 1 hour. If the animal requires 2 or more hours assistance and hourly rate of $15.00/hr will be assessed.  Fee may be waived on a case by case basis for special circumstances.

DISHONORED CHECKS

A customer shall own the Equine Stable a $35 fee for any check that is dishonored.  This amount is distinct and separate and in addition to late fees.

SPECIAL NOTES

  • Please note that the schedule above is applicable to and is incorporated into the Boarder and Equine Services Contract, the Lease Agreement, and the Daily Registration Waiver and Release Rider Participant Application, and the Agreement Regarding Risk of Horseback Riding.
  • No fee above includes anything else, all fees are separate unless specifically stated in the area of the fee.

SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR HORSE SHOWING OFF THE PROPERTY!

TRAINERS FEE:

  • Trainers Fee: $60.00/ per day
    This includes training for the day and all expenses for the show. This also includes set up and tear down of all equipment.

HORSE CARE:

  • Half care during the show: $20.00/ per day
    This includes daily feeding which takes place 2-3 times per day feed time and amount of feeding per days is left at trainers’ discretion.
     
  • Full care during the show: $ 40.00/ per day
    This includes daily feeding which takes place 2-3 times per day and daily stall cleaning which takes place 2-3 times per day.
     
  • No Care Animal: An animal showing with Times Square Riding Academy that receives no care will be subject to the trainers fee only. If you choose to have no care the feeding time of the horses is set on schooling day of the show. All horses will be fed on the trainers set schedule during for the weekend. All horses will be fed at the same time, there will be no staggered feedings.
     
  • Shavings: Shavings will be picked up by a TSRA employee and placed in the stall at the horse show. A participant will be billed the fee for the shavings.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • In order to receive a stall for the horse show you must give Paula a blank check, unless a check has been sent with your entry.
  • The trainer’s fee, hauling fee, shavings fee and horse care fees are to be paid on the Monday before the horse show!
  • All horse show expenses and show bills are the responsibility of the participant.
  • All rates are subject to change at anytime!
